Replyy helps you draft email replies — in the web app and in the
"Reply with Replyy" browser extension. This page explains what we access
and what happens to that data. In short:
Not stored on our server. Never used to train AI. Never sent
without you.
What we access
-
The email text you choose to work with — the message
you paste into the web app, or the open Gmail thread when you click
"Reply with Replyy" in the extension. It is read only at that moment,
to generate your reply.
-
Your Replyy Pro license key, which you enter yourself
to unlock Pro features.
How that data is used
-
The email text is sent over HTTPS to the Replyy server, and from there
to Anthropic's Claude API, solely to generate reply drafts that are
returned to you.
- Your license key is used only to verify Pro access.
What is stored
-
Our server does not store your email text. It logs a
character count only, and keeps no database of your messages.
-
Your browser (and the extension) stores only your settings, license
key, and — in the web app — the generated drafts you create. The
original pasted email body is not saved. You can clear this any time.
-
Replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's
commercial API terms, API content is not used to train
models; it may be retained briefly for abuse monitoring, then
deleted.
What we never do
- We never send email automatically — you review every draft and send it yourself.
- We never read your inbox at large, your contacts, or threads you haven't opened and acted on.
- We never sell or share your data, and your email content is never used to train any AI model.
Third parties
We use Anthropic (Claude API) to generate replies,
Stripe to process Pro subscriptions, and
Resend to email your license key and reply to contact
messages. Each receives only the minimum data needed for its function.
